Later in the Manga series, Takumi has to transfer to Miyabigaoka, and even has to go to England to fulfill his duty as the heir of Duke Walker, but this does not weaken his bond with Misaki.
And in the 57th Chapter, on Christmas, where Misaki tells Takumi that she likes him properly for the first time, and they start dating.

Like on Misaki's Birthday, where she and Takumi share a day packed full of fun, and teasing. As usual, Misaki and Takumi resume their usual back and forth throughout the series, but a couple of moments stand out. Although this is the end of the anime, the manga keeps on going till chapter 87. Afterwards Misaki And Takumi both go to watch the fireworks, wearing Romeo and Juliet costumes, and admit their feelings for eachother, and kiss for the first time.
KAICHOU WA MAID SAMA ANIME SEASON 2 TRIAL
In the last episode of the anime (the 32nd chapter of the manga) Takumi and Misaki both go through a love trial event at the Yumesaki high school festival, where they easily pass through all the obstacles. Just as she already hid the fact that she likes Takumi, but not as he likes her from everyone around her and even from herself and because of that she always tends to fight with Takumi and calling him names, she also tries to hide her friendship with him as she thinks she will lose her authority with the guys at school if they find out.
